In order to cancel the reservation, please include the code and the email by which it has been created, click on Search and then on Cancel.
If you cancel the reservation after the expiration’s date of the free cancellation, which is to be found in the reservation document and in the confirmation’s notification you have received, you are likely to incur a cancellation penalty.
